They come with the wheels, wheel area covers and some device to add and remove the wheels. I think my son wore them once. The bottoms look brand new. They are gray,with white laces. I believe we paid $79 for them. I do not have the box but other than that they are perfect for a gift. I would like $20 ppd. but am willing to deal. :o) I can take a pic if you want.
