For me, it generally means I have a much more peaceful spirit. That leads to more pleasant expressions on my face rather than a angry countenance.

Even during trying times, I think it's possible to tell when someone is leaning on the Lord and spending time in the Scriptures.

I know what you mean about the annoying type of talking about the Lord. It's almost like the person is trying to convince everyone that they are spiritual. I tend to avoid those personalities whenever I can.
