it *seems* like she wants to include books in her homeschool, but when overwhelmed she tends to give up (like many of us when overwhelmed!). If we all only read things that interested us, our knowledge (and, IMO, opportunities) would be so limited. There has to be a point where we do something because it's the right thing to do, it's beneficial for us, not because we love it all the time. Again, I'm stumped. LOL
