Michaela can read and understand spanish. She can't speak it. I'm not sure if she can write it. But, she did two years of it, during high school. So, she has: Spanish 1 and 2. (She did two years of it in middle school, but I didn't give her credit for those years).
I wouldn't give him 1,2,3 & 4 if he hasn't actually done four years worth of french.
