specific learning disabilities?

What accommodations do various colleges make for those with learning disabilities?

DS does not have a formal DX but has had his education filled with the accommodations I was in charge of organizing for students throughout the private school, where I taught. [before children] It has been awhile, so I am wondering what a college would require -- a full evaluation mosy likely?
