2 12oz of vermicelli (I use thin spaghetti)
1lb of Velveeta cubed(I use generic just fine)
1 can Rotel
1 large can of cream of mushroom soup
4 boneless chicken breasts steamed and diced (I boil them)
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup finely chopped onion
chili powder
s&p
tumeric, oregano (I've never added the tumeric)
Cook noodles according to package
Place the noodles in crockpot while hot
Add the the rest and mix
Cook on low for about 3 hrs
