I made this with some black beans thrown in (you could add corn, too) and it was REALLY good...

I didn't have the taco seasoning, so I used a packet of white chicken chili seasoning by McCormack and it was yummy!

It would be really good over tortilla chips or IN a tortilla if you thickened up the sauce a bit...
