10C Grated Zucchini
Mix and let stand over night.
Drain and rinse.
Add 2 1/2 C Vinegar
1T Dry Mustard
Chop 1 Green and 1 Red Pepper (add to other ingredients)
Add 5 C Sugar
Cook for 30 minutes (on the stovetop)
Put in jars/self-sealing (turn upside down)
Yield 7 pints
