Mx5 Hash Brown Soup, aka Cheesy Potato Chowder EASY and TASTY!

Hash Brown Soup Ingredients

1 TBS minced dried onion
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can cream of Celery Soup
3 cans chicken broth
12oz. can of Evaporated Milk
1 bag Frozen Hash browns
1 pound Velveeta Cheese
1-2 tsp. dried Parsley
Black pepper to taste

Instructions for Hash Brown Soup

Combine onion, parsley flakes, pepper and broth, bring to boil. Add hash browns, bring to boil. Add soups (don't dilute) and evaporated milk, bring to boil. Add Cheese. Heat until cheese melts. Optional, serve with bacon bits on top.

Variations: you could add cooked chicken or ham, or sauteed carrots. You could easily use low fat soups and Velveeta too.
