...as you can tell I don't use very exact measurements when making this. But a lg can of paste is probably about 15 oz and a lg can of sauce is around 28oz (I think).

But what you are going for is the right consistancy. So if the sauce is too think add more tomato sauce or water or wine, if it is too thin add more paste or cook it down a bit. (or both)
