I will also fry hamburger in bulk or grill extra chicken and slice it up and put it in the freezer. It saves loads of time and takes up less space than a full meal. I need to do this again!

The dish we had last night would probably freeze well. I think it would be easy to do in bulk. I didn't have mushrooms, pimentos, or breadcrumbs on hand, so I just left them out. Everyone liked it!
