This is the recipe my mom uses.It's very good.
PINEAPPLE CHEESEBALL
2 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 sm. green pepper, finely chopped
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 c. chopped pecans
Combine the first five ingredients, mixing well. Shape into a ball and chill several hours or overnight. Roll in chopped pecans.
I try to take one day at a time-but sometimes several days attack me at once! |
