1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 cup vegetable oil
11 oz can mandarin oranges undrained
Bake in greased and floured pans for 23-30 mins.
1 large cool whip
1 package vanilla instant pudding
1 large can crushed pinesapple (I usually drain some of the liquid out and save if I need more liquid but rarely do I need it. Too much liquid will make runny icing and hard to ice.
Ice cool cake. We have also added a layer of plain cool whip on the top just to make it thicker and so good.
