-2 lbs. hamburger meat
-1/2 cup no sugar added Applesauce
-2 TBS ketchup
-1/2-1/4 tsp. salt
-1/8-1/4 tsp. black pepper
Mix together all ingredients, then let sit in a bowl in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
Form into patties carefully (they do fall apart easily 'cuz they ARE so *moist*!)
I fried mine in a cast iron skillet, but had to be VERY careful when flipping them. I'm gonna cook them in the oven next week.
My boys LOVED these. They both took one bite and said they were the BEST burgers they've ever had anytime, anywhere!
